The History
It started with one man and a dream.In 1990, Marcus Vale was traveling from Orange County, California to Houston, Texas. On the journey he stopped in Austin — and something told him to stay. He already ran a wrestling gym and a martial-arts school back in California, so he brought that dream with him and opened a wrestling school in the heart of Texas.
Under a string of early banners — and today's Pro Wrestling Academy — Vale taught countless men and women the craft. He gave his heart and his mind to producing top talent, and his students became superstars in Japan, Mexico, and across the United States.
35 years later, the philosophy he built has never wavered. Today, Marcus Vale still leads the academy — protecting the standard, sharpening the vision, and making sure the dream still comes true one champion at a time.
